Three levels of service we offer for just cause evictions

  • Just cause “at fault” eviction reasons include but are not limited to:
    • Nonpayment of rent
    • Breach of the material term of the lease
    • Nuisance
    • Waste
    • Unlawful/criminal activity
    • Refusal to sign a written extension or renewal of the lease
    • Subletting
    • Refusal to allow owner to enter unit for authorized purposes

  • Locate data and create notice – 30 min
  • Complete city required eviction form – 30 min
  • Email to 5 people – 10 min
  • Address, print and send notice to two people – 20 min
  • Serve notice, post on door to tenant just 10 miles from your office
  • Our Newport Blvd. office to intersection of Hews and E. Chapman – 20 min
  • Return 20 min. More time and mileage if rentals are in different cities
  • 130 minutes minimum (on a fast and good day)

Option A

  • You enter all information into our system
  • You choose to become a member (free) and retain the data in our system for future use and simplicity. (we do not sell or share data)*
  • Our system creates a legally approved notices
  • Our system creates mandated city eviction form if required
  • You may download and are also emailed a PDF copy of notices
  • With our documents you send mail, email, and serve your tenant
  • * When you choose to become a free member we retain the data input so that you may serve your next notice with just a few clicks of your mouse. You may add / delete rentals and tenants.

Option B

  • You enter all information into our system
  • You choose to become a member (free) and retain the data in our system for future use and simplicity. (we do not sell or share data)*
  • Our system creates a legally approved notices
  • Our system creates mandated city eviction form if required
  • You may download and are also emailed a PDF copy of notices
  • Our automated system emails, mails, and then we serve on tenant**
  • * When you choose to become a free member we retain the data input so that you may serve your next notice with just a few clicks of your mouse. You may add / delete rentals and tenants.
  • **Multiple postal mail and email addresses are provided.

Option C

  • You enter all information into our system
  • You choose to become a member (free) and retain the data in our system for future use and simplicity. (we do not sell or share data)*
  • Our system creates a legally approved notices
  • Our system creates mandated city eviction form if required
  • You may download and are also emailed a PDF copy of notices
  • **  As a third party we email, we mail the tenant, section 8 caseworker and supply a proof of service as to email and postal mail.  A third party serves you notice with POS. No disputing service by your tenant.
  • We post the notice at the property, if available we personally serve the tenant.
  • NoticePros uses a system of attachment and a notice that cannot be missed.
  • We issue a signed proof of service by our server with posting photo, GPS, with time and date of service. Irrefutable evidence of service.
